看到哥哥會游泳，我很羨慕，也想學(xué)游泳，想利用假期時(shí)間學(xué)會游泳。

那天下午，我?guī)е斡居镁�，高興的來到游泳館。到游泳館一看：水清澈極了，一眼就能望到底。這時(shí)，我決定一定要把游泳學(xué)好。教練過來讓我先在淺水區(qū)做深呼吸，我跳下水，心慌了，害怕嗆到嘴里。慢慢的，我把頭放到水里，還沒等我想好，“咕咚咕咚”就嗆了三四口，咽了不少水。當(dāng)我第二次準(zhǔn)備把頭放水里時(shí)，教練說：“止住呼吸，鎮(zhèn)靜點(diǎn)，不要心慌�！蔽以俅伟杨^放進(jìn)水里，止住呼吸，鎮(zhèn)靜。心想：“不害怕，我不害怕�！蔽页晒Φ淖骱昧怂锖粑�，教練夸了我兩句，我心里美滋滋的。

教練教我做蛙泳腿，他先給作了個示范。我模仿他的樣子，翻掌，蹬腿，收回，作的一點(diǎn)也不規(guī)范，教練耐心的教我怎么做，直到我做好為止，我拿著打水板，下水作動作，原來，水里比岸上還難十倍。岸上很輕松的動作，到了水里，感覺腿上掛了許多東西。

緊接著，又要學(xué)蛙泳手的動作，手的動作很簡單，我一會兒就會了。教練從后背拴了一個打水板，讓我下水游，我按照岸上的動作，一步一步向前游，雖然我游的慢一些，但只要功夫深，鐵棒磨成針，我第一次來就在水里游來游去。以后，一定比哥哥厲害。
