1.開頭:
簡單告訴收信人你是從何處獲取到此職位信息,并表明你的求職心愿（即寫信目的）.

2.正文:
①提供你的若干個人信息資料：年齡、婚姻狀況及身體狀況.
(1). i’m 19 years old, male, unmarried. i’m 1.75 meters tall, h2 and healthy.
②詳細告訴對方有關你的學歷、工作經歷(與此工作相關的兼職工作、假期打工)及與此工作相關的個人興趣、愛好等；
(2). i’ve just graduated from a senior middle school of beijing. last year, i got the first place in the english composition contest in west district, beijing. i type quite well and can use computers skillfully.
3.結尾:
①再次表達你想得到這份工作的愿望，并表達感激之情.
i’d like to be your secretary very much. if these meet your requirements, i’ll be very thankful for your kindness .
② 展望未來,表明決心,希望得到面試機會.
of course i’ll work hard and well if i can hold the position. i’m eager for your early reply.
3.結尾:
③說明聯系方式或者進一步聯系的時間，地點

因為求職信一般是寫給不熟悉的人,所以要用正式文體和格式寫.

①措辭要直接，不拐彎抹角:
語言要簡單,明了,不要賣弄文學,不要用別人看不懂的詞句.
②語言要禮貌，不過份謙卑:
