Obviously, the large amount of hiking and walking keep us even fitter and stronger. This course is also a procedure of our conquer of fright and indolence. In this course, a traveler has to cope with others in the same team or turn to the local residents for help, thus his or her communication ability is surely improved. In sum, touring out in the summer vacation is a very efficient way to refresh and to attain what we may not get in classroom and urge us a rapid growth mentally and physically. Even if I would feel a little bit tired the time I return home and the suntanned skin is not favored here at home. At least, it is a better way of vacation leisure for me..2.My Summer holidays I love holidays,because during holidays ,I can do everything I like,and study something new.Now the summer holidays is coming,I'm going to do something meaningful. I like English,I spell words well,but I can not speak English very well.So I want to improve my English in the holiday.I will read English every moring,and then I think my English must be improved. I will also learn to swim.I think it is very helpful. There are too many things to do,I believe in myself can do them well! My summer holiday must be a good one !

When friends have problems, we should try to help him in time. When the quarrel, we should understand each other. Friends are good things in this world.

　　Honesty is a good virtue.If you are honest all the time,you'll be trusted and respected by others.I have learned a lot from my experience of dishonesty. When I was in Senior One,I was so eager to get a high score that I cheated in the exam.Although nobody discovered it,I had no sense of success at all.Instead,I felt guilty and it bothered me for a long time.What was worse,I was afraid that my friends would know about it and trust me no longer.So from then on,I have been determined never to be dishonest.Otherwise I will be looked down upon and lose all my friends. As you can see from my experience,if you are honest,you can say and do what you like without fear.In conclusion,to be honest will ensure you a happy life.
