　　為了豐富我們的業余生活，為了提高我們的英語對話能力，我們學校舉辦了一個外語節活動，活動的內容豐富多彩，有唱歌、小品、購物。但給我留下印象最深刻就是芝麻街購物。它的特點是，購買時并不是用國語來說，而是用英語來表達的。

　　星期五下午，我們503班排著整齊的隊伍來到大禮堂。一進大禮堂，只見里面人山人海，擠得水泄不通。我觀察四周，大禮堂到處可見五彩繽紛的帶子、牌子。售貨員正滔滔不絕地向顧客介紹著產品，好做出買賣。我好不容易走了進去，一件件玲朗滿目的商品，看得我眼花繚亂，挑選什么好呢？每一樣都是那么的好看、實用。我猶豫了一會兒，來到文具類的地方，左挑挑，右拿拿，終于選中了一件商品——學校的袋子。我舉起袋子，問售貨員：“How much is it?”(這個多少元)。

　　“Two yuan.”(2元)。售貨員馬上回答我。我拿出2張1元的學校專用的錢，遞給了她。她拿起一個紙袋給了我。后來我又挑選了許多東西，有紙杯、筆記本、筆。我高高興興地滿載而歸。

　　通過這次有趣的英語節——芝麻街購物活動，不僅豐富了我們的業余生活使我們從中得到快樂，也提高了我們的英語對話能力。我希望學校還能多搞幾次這樣的活動。

　　來到學校，我看到時間還早，就準備好東西耐心等待。“叮零零……”上課開始了，大家急忙向英語興趣班的教室跑去。來到教室，老師還沒有來到。于是，我們安靜地等待著老師來上課。過了一會兒，老師走了進來。他一走進教室就給我們用英語講了起來。說了不久，教師就讓我們跟著他做游戲。他是想用游戲來考驗我們的英語思維能力。老師先給我們講了游戲的規則，然后就開始玩了起來。我們每一個人的手里拿著一張牌。老師說了一張牌，說到那張牌的學生就上去寫一個單詞。第一個同學慢慢地走了上去，迅速地寫出了一個單詞。老師立刻報了第二張牌。接著又一個學生上去寫單詞。老師的.嘴巴又張開了，我在心里暗暗祝愿：“老天爺，請你幫幫我的忙！不要讓老師報到我的牌號！”可惜沒有多久，老師就報出了我的這一個號碼。我只得慢慢地站起來，遲疑地走了上去。來到黑板前，我的心里特別緊張，害怕出差錯。我終于寫好了單詞，然后，我看了一遍。看到寫得完全正確。我心里美滋滋的，得意地望著下面的學生。他們都在為我高興。有的上去寫錯的，他們難受地走了下去。
