　　下午兩點鐘，大熱的天兒，還要被爸爸拽著去上英語輔導班。我不喜歡英語課，更不喜歡好好的假期還要被拉去上英語課。

　　我不明白，為什么英語會是和語文數學一樣重要的學科，學習語文可以提高分析，閱讀，寫作能力，可以讓我們在各種美好的，離奇的，勵志的故事海洋里徜徉，學習數學可以提高我們的思維能力，解決生活中遇到的實際問題，就算學個歷史，也可以讓我們知道中國上下五千年的光輝事跡，學習地理也可以讓我們不出門便可領略祖國的大好河山......學習英語呢？我不反對，生活中我們確實會遇到一些英文說明書，標志什么的，但也不至于把英語上升到和語文數學一樣的高度。

　　為了英語能考出好成績，幾乎每個家長都使出渾身解數，把自己的孩子推到各種輔導班。浪費了大量的人力物力，還有時間。可這對邊遠山區的孩子公平嗎？外公所在的小學根本就沒有英語課，就是想上英語輔導班，也找不到地方。外公經常說：真不明白，為什么一個外國的語言卻決定著很多中國的孩子能不能上好大學，真是國家的可悲。是呀，農村的孩子到中學才開始上英語課，我們卻已經在輔導班把初中的英語課程學完了。農村的孩子出生便倒在了英語的起跑線上，可悲，可嘆。

　　我不反對學英語，英語也絕不應該和我們的語文數學同比，可以和歷史，地理這樣的.小學科并列，這樣既可以把我們的傳統文化發揚光大，也給了山區，農村邊遠地區孩子一個和我們站在同一起跑線的機會。

　　I like the holidy so much. I look forward to holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. Wherever you go, You can always see the green trees, the neat grasses and the colourful flowers. They were really wonderful. Shen Zhen has a lot of tall buildings. And it is a modern city. I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game. If you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like, traveling aound the only answer. I hope that one day I could meet different people and vist different places of interest. I wish I could have two long holidays in a year, what about you?

　　No one has seen the wind. Yet I can feel it at work all the time. It is never quiet just like human feelings. The most peaceful wind is the breeze. When it is windier, it does not mean rest but a storm approaching.

　　In hot summer, I like to sit where it is windy and cool. The breeze softly touches my face. When autumn comes the wind gains in momentum. Sometimes the wind is naughty and keeps beating on the window and turning over the pages of my book. The wind seems to be in the worst mood in winter. She blows people‘s hats off. Who says the wind is emnotionless? I can hear her laughter and soft sighs even in spring.

　　Yet no matter how freezing cold or scorching hot or wild angry or extremely happy the wind can he, there seems to be an end to it. But the wind is not willing to be tamed. Maybe just beeause of this the universe keeps it in such tight control.

　　風

　　沒有人看見過風。可我能感覺到它一直在起作用，就位人們都能感到它的存在一樣。最平和的風是微風。無風時并非風干浪靜，而是意味著風暴即將來臨。

　　在酷熱的夏天，我喜歡坐在風涼的地方。微風輕輕撫摸著我的臉。秋風勁吹，調皮地拍打窗戶，翻弄書頁。冬天，風的心情似乎最壞，它吹掉人們的帽子。誰說風無情?我能聽到春風忽而大笑，忽而長噓短嘆。

　　然而，不管風有多么寒冷、多么炎熱、多么狂怒、多么狂喜，似乎一切總有盡頭，風不愿馴服，也許正因為如此，天地才這樣緊緊地將它約束。
