　　In my body has a very profound lesson -- last year's winter vacation, every day I go out and play, the first few days when is twelve o 'clock at night didn't go to bed, only more than ten up during the day, clock totally messed up. The days of school gradually close to the, finally temporary prayer feet, careless finished all my homework. Alas, this not only learn nothing, also parents harshly criticized by the teacher.

　　在我自己身上就有一個十分深刻的教訓——去年寒假，剛開始幾天，我天天出去玩兒，晚上是十二點多才睡覺，白天十點多才起來，生物鐘完全亂了套。直到看見家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已寫好了作業，開開心心準備過年時，我才發覺自己的作業從結業典禮拿回來直到現在連碰都還沒碰過呢!過年了，由于家里的親戚多，所以天天都要去別人家里拜年，忙得不可開交。其他人都其樂融融的過年，而我卻是提心吊膽，玩的.不安心。距離開學的日子漸漸近了，終于臨時拜佛腳，粗枝大葉的完成了所有作業。唉，這樣不僅沒學到什么，還被老師家長狠狠地批評了一頓。

　　如果當時我有一個計劃就好了，每天都給自己“布置任務”，定時定量地完成，并且勞逸結合。不僅學的有效，過年也能安心的玩兒了。這可見有一個好的計劃是多么重要哇!每天幾點起、幾點睡;每天寫多少作業、背多少古詩;每天電腦電視娛樂多少分鐘、戶外活動幾小時……

　　隨著年紀級的漸漸升高，作業量也越來越多。現在的你，有一個完美的計劃了嗎?
