大家好！
兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業(yè)，躊躇滿志地從大學(xué)校門里走出來，滿懷信心地踏進(jìn)了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當(dāng)我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺時，面對一個個鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師。
有人說兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料著花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實際上，兒童比花木要復(fù)雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也復(fù)雜的多，盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的規(guī)律。法國文學(xué)家雨果在他的詩里曾經(jīng)寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因為葉，是平凡而謙遜的。”我覺得這首詩就是為教師寫的，因為教師就像那默默奉獻(xiàn)的綠葉，時時刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天，在慶祝教師節(jié)的日子里，我榮幸地站上這方講臺，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的'講述，我心中無比激動，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。
時光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們那么多感動。為了這真情付出后得到的感動，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難啊！
每個人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因為你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點，才會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
今天，我是一名小學(xué)英語教師，愛我的學(xué)生，我會像母親一樣無私和不求索取；愛我的學(xué)生，我會像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近；愛我的學(xué)生，我會像朋友一樣與他們風(fēng)雨同舟；愛我的學(xué)生，我會不溺愛不袒護(hù)，在他們跌倒時，鼓勵他們勇敢的站起來！我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神圣的稱謂，它總能讓我擁有無窮的力量。
