Today I would like to begin with three stories:
There is a retired official who had donated the tree farm worth about fifty million dollars to the government which he had cultivated with all his toil for 22 years,while his family just scrape by.
There is a couple who forsaked the comfortable life in the city ,instead， went to the plateau to take care of hundreds of orphans,even though thEir old parents should be taken care of.
There is also a teenager who perfomed piano in the golden hall of Vienna just with his feet .Although he doesn’t have arms,his perfomance has got to every audience.
These people are awarded “the top ten people who touched china in 2012”.Some of them are just ordinary people in our life without too much money,too much fame,even without a suitable redisence.
Why ,why can they touch china?why can they keep the purpose of their lives?
While I was watching their stories, Tears flowed down unconsciously,a warm and powerful feeling raisedfrom the deep of my heart,which drives out all my fears,troubles and trifles that always obsessed me. From these people,I have seen the misery but also the hope;the torture but also the strength ;the unfortune but also the unyielding.Yes ,it is anenergy ,the power of positive energy,thatgives us courage when we are so fearful; that delivers hope when we are so desperate; that creats momentum when we may slack off.
We are so lucky to witness a historical moment full of choices and opportunities together with more competitions ,more pressure as well.The fast-paced life has lead to chronic stress and other negative effects on our health and well being.Never before have we needed some substance to give us confidence;never before have we needeed some inspiration to drive us ahead on for our dreams;never before have we needed some energy to keep us loyal to the purpose of our lives.We should gain positive energy from everything we meet which can touch us deeply.No matter what it is ,who they are.Maybe it is a newborn baby;maybe it is a spider struggling to spin its web in the storm.
Let us to be a person full of positive energy ,it is not only for ourselves,but also to make the world a betterplace for us to live.

Saying goodbye to childhood,we step into another important time in the pace of young,facing new situations,dealing with different problems.....
everyone has his ownunderstanding of young,it is a period of time of beauty and wonders,only after you have
experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of significance.thre time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .
having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later
generations,admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!
the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ,don't let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.

Youth
Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
